1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return

Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved Refunds:
Will be processed to your original payment method within5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
